Calm the chaos. Align your life.
Welcome I’m
Let’s bring your life into alignment - where time and values finally meet.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding how your days are actually spent, identifying what’s draining or blocking you, and reshaping your life so it feels calmer, clearer, and more like you.
Think of our work together as your compass.
We’ll chart a path toward alignment that’s both soulful and practical – so your time, energy, and values begin to work together rather than against each other.
You're not alone if any of this resonates.

Hi, I'm Kailea
You’ve done what was expected of you. You’re capable, thoughtful, and driven – and yet life still feels rushed, heavy, or strangely unfulfilling. Maybe you’re successful on paper but burnt out. Maybe you’re stuck on a hamster wheel that once made sense, but no longer fits. You have insight, ideas, and self-awareness but translating all of that into meaningful action feels harder than it should. I help people step out of cycles of overwhelm and into lives that feel intentional, spacious, and alive. With a background in education, counselling, and behaviour change, including an M.Ed. from Harvard University, my work blends evidence-based structure with deep respect for the inner life. This is practical work, rooted in meaning. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving, deeply sensitive, or neurodivergent – often have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected). Others don’t use those labels, but recognize the patterns: fast, nonlinear minds, big ideas and deep thinking, difficulty with follow-through or executive functioning, a longing for structure that doesn’t feel rigid or dehumanizing. They don’t need fixing. They need support building lives that actually work for how they’re wired. My work meets you exactly there.
